About our classes

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 16 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 5-10 minutes early. Bookings are all done online via the membership platform or by using your casual or class passes.

Bums, Tums & Thighs

Lower body and ab workouts focused on creating shapely legs and booty.

Full Body Strength Training

Here, we combine free weights, functional equipment, machines and cardio to target the whole body. Great for building strength and conditioning your body.
