Lower Body workout - Focusing on strengthening the legs and glutes. Utilising a mixture of machines, freeweights and body weight.

Upper Body Focus, Strength and Conditioning based. A mix of machines, free weights and body weight. Incorporating different levels of intensity in each class

Full Body Training - Focusing on Conditioning the body. Higher intensity workout in a shorter time period. A mixture of free weight and body-weighted workouts to torch fat and get the heart pumping

5am & 5:45am
A mixture of boxing, strength and conditioning + lot's of ab's!
A faster paced session where you work in with your partner and get fit while doing some boxing.
