At Forever Fitnation, our classes offer a dynamic and inclusive fitness experience that's tailored to enhance your strength, improve your fitness, regain confidence in the gym and be supported by our Women’s Personal Trainers.

Our expert instructors lead engaging sessions designed to boost your energy, enhance your strength, and improve your overall well-being. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or a beginner, our classes cater to all fitness levels. We pride ourselves on giving you the push you need and are very particular about proper form.

Expect a supportive and friendly atmosphere where you can break a sweat, challenge yourself, and have fun while doing it. From heart-pumping cardio during our sweat45 sessions to muscle-toning strength training during LIFT and UPPERSC, our diverse classes ensure something for everyone.

    5am & 6am

    Lower Body workout - Focusing on strengthening the legs and glutes. Utilising a mixture of machines, freeweights and body weight.

  • Tuesdays & Fridays (60 mins)

    5am & 6am

    Upper Body Focus, Strength and Conditioning based. A mix of machines, free weights and body weight. Incorporating different levels of intensity in each class

  • Wednesdays (45 mins) AND Saturday

    5am & 5:45am // Saturday 6am

    Full Body Training - Focusing on Conditioning the body. Higher intensity workout in a shorter time period. A mixture of free weight and body-weighted workouts to torch fat and get the heart pumping
