    Founded Forever Fitnation in 2014 following a passion for specialising in Women's Fitness and Health.

    “Throughout the years of Forever Fitnation, I have trained many women from all walks of life. Not every client has the desire for fat loss - I have made it my passion to be easily adaptable and educate myself on the individual’s needs & comprise a specific program tailored to them. My clients have had many successes in fat loss, muscle gain + body sculpting & complete fitness overhaul.

    Over the years I have had personal experience in fitness competition, marathon preparation, post-surgery rehabilitation, pregnancy and motherhood. Because of this experience, I have been able to effectively learn and “practise what I preach”. My personal favourite way to train includes a balanced approach of heavy weights, high-intensity training, group workouts & active recovery.

    Being a mother myself I also know the challenges that it may bring especially when returning to fitness or keeping up a safe program through pregnancy. I love guiding clients through this special time!

  • Hey hey, my name is Jayde. I have been in and around the health and fitness industry my whole life having personal experience in regional sports, long-distance running, pregnancy and post-natal recovery.

    After having my second child and navigating my way through postpartum and the road to recovery, I decided it was time to pursue my dream of making health and fitness my career and helping others succeed in their fitness journeys the way I had been supported and guided through mine.

    I am a passionate fitness professional specializing in woman’s fitness, pregnancy and post-natal fitness. I strive to create a happy, fun and safe environment for every woman to be able to come and train be supported and feel empowered.
