Founded Forever Fitnation in 2014 following a passion for specialising in Women's Fitness and Health.

Mia will be taking some time off for maternity leave from July 2019 - January 2020 but will still be active in the business in other capacities.

Alexa Irwin

9 years ago Alexa commenced her Personal Training Career to which she has gained extensive knowledge and lead teams in other various gyms. This helped develop vast skills in leadership, member retention, sales, customer service and
marketing.


"However, I began to miss the more personal touch of the industry that I fell in love
with during my humble beginnings. I since made the decision to focus
wholeheartedly on personal training and small group training. My real passion is
educating and helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.

My passion is functional training, running and strength and conditioning. Women’s
health has always been something I have been very avid about and I hope to
empower, encourage and educate women on my journey!"
